Shipping + Returns


  • Orders will be processed between 1-2 business days. If your order is completed during a sales where there can be a higher quantity of orders, processing times can be increased to 3 business days. If your order is a preorder, the order will be shipped to you 1-2 business days after we receive the products.  The estimated arrival date will be stated for each preorder. 
  • We offer a Canada wide flat rate shipping cost of $15.00. There is FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $150.00. (Shipping amounts are before tax)


We know sometimes returns will be necessary…but they’re expensive, time-consuming and no fun for anyone so we encourage you to ask questions upfront about sizing, length, material, etc. by reaching out to us via email or through Facebook or Instagram. We are here to make sure your shopping experience with us is perfect and don’t mind answering any questions. We want to meet your expectations and hopefully avoid returns.


Orders placed on or between November 10th and December 24th will be eligible for return until January 12th 2025. Holiday returns must be postmarked no later than January 12th (No Exceptions). All other return guidelines still apply. 

We only offer refunds in the form of store credit. Store credit will only be issued if your returns are postmarked 14 days of you receiving your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a credit or exchange. If you purchase an item for store pick up, the 14 days begins when your item becomes available for Pick Up in store.

Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us. 

Please do not ship back your items if they are outside of our return window or do not meet the requirements. We cannot send it back for free.

SALE items, accessories and decor are FINAL SALE and CAN NOT be returned. If you have any questions on if your item is eligible for return, please ask us before you ship it back.

For your item to be eligible for returns it must:

  • be unworn, with tags attached.
  • be in the same condition that you received it.
  • be free of any odors, smoke smell, perfume.
  • be free of any makeup or deodorant stains.
  • not be an accessory, decor or sale item.
  • fit the timeframe

If your item meets the above criteria there is no need to notify us of the return. Please include a copy of the packing slip or receipt. Returns received without supporting document may be delayed in receiving store credit.

STORE CREDIT is issued within 5 business days of the return arriving.  You will be notified via email that store credit has been issued. We cannot combine store credits. Store credit never expires. Credit can be used online or in store. Credit can not be added to an order that has been placed. We do not offer refunds for orders. 

Prior to shipping, all items are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are free of defects and carefully packaged. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise you have 3 days from the time your item is delivered to let us know of any quality issues with your item. Please email ITEMS WORN OR WASHED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUNDED.
