All you need:
- Spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip Mix (included)
- 175 ml (¾ cup) real mayonnaise
- 250 g (8 oz) cream cheese
- 185 g (1 ½ cup) rotisserie chicken, diced
- 125 g (½ cup) grated cheddar cheese
All you do:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise and dip mix. Mix in the chicken and grated cheese (reserve 2 tbsp cheese). Transfer to heatproof dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
